Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Definitions
- Parties. “You” and “your” refer to you, as a user of the Service. A “user” is someone who accesses or in any way uses the Service. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Muslims United Business Directory and its subsidiaries.
- Content. “Content” means text, images, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of data or communication. “Your Content” means Content that you submit or transmit to, through or in connection with the Service, such as ratings, reviews, photos, videos, compliments, invitations, check-ins, votes, friending and following activity, direct messages, and information that you contribute to your user profile or suggest for a business page. “User Content” means Content that users submit or transmit to, through or in connection with the Service. “Muslims United Business Directory Content” means Content that we create and make available in connection with the Service. “Third Party Content” means Content that originates from parties other than Muslims United Business Directory or its users, which is made available in connection with the Service. “Service Content” means all of the Content that is made available in connection with the Service, including Your Content, User Content, Muslims United Business Directory Content, and Third-Party Content.
- Sites and Accounts. “Consumer Site” means Muslims United Business Directory’s consumer website (www.United Business.com and related domains) and mobile applications. “Consumer Account” means the account you create to access or use the Consumer Site. “Business Account” means the account you create to access or use the Muslims United Business Directory for Business Owners website and mobile applications. “Account” means any Consumer Account or Business Account.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. You should check the Terms regularly for changes.
Your use of the Service after we post any changes to the Terms will mean that you accept those changes.
Account
If you create an account on the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not use the Service in any way that infringes our or our licensors’ intellectual property rights.
Limited Liability
We will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer as a result of using the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service.
These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment
We may assign these Terms to any third party at any time.
You may not assign these Terms to any third party.
Dispute Resolution
If there is any dispute between you and us arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties will submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration will be held in London, United Kingdom.
The parties will each pay their own attorneys’ fees.
Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of 1st December 2023.
